अब छोटे निवेशक आवश्यकता और बजट के अनुसार शेयर खरीद सकते हैं। मान लीजिए कि राम 1 शेयर में निवेश करना चाहता है और श्याम 2 शेयरों में निवेश करना चाहता है, अब राम को केवल 2 लाख का निवेश करना होगा और श्याम को केवल 4 लाख का निवेश करना होगा, इस प्रकार वे तदनुसार निवेश कर सकते हैं;
जब यह संपत्ति बेची जाएगी तो प्रत्येक शेयर धारक को उसके निवेश के अनुसार उसका लाभ मिलेगा।
उदाहरण के लिए यदि यह घर 25 लाख रुपये में बेचा जाएगा। तो हर शेयर धारक को बदले में 2. 5 लाख मिलेंगे। इसका मतलब है कि इस घर की बिक्री के बाद राम को 2.5 लाख और श्याम को 5 लाख मिलेंगे।
Let us take an example to explain this
If there is a house which is worth Rs. 20,00,000/-.
Now we divided this amount into 10 equal shares, now the value of each share is Rs 2 lakh.
Now small investors can buy shares as per requirement and budget. Suppose Ram wants to invest in 1 share and Shyam wants to invest in 2 shares, now Ram has to invest only 2 lakhs and Shyam has to invest only 4 lakhs, thus they can invest accordingly ;
When this asset is sold, each shareholder will get the profit according to his investment.
For example if this house will be sold for Rs 25 lakh. So every shareholder will get Rs 2.5 lakh in return. This means that after the sale of this house, Ram will get Rs 2.5 lakh and Shyam will get Rs 5 lakh.
